YBEX is a fintech company that enables travelers to locate and reserve the best foreign exchange rates in Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, and Seoul through cutting-edge mobile, web, and cloud-based technologies.

As the UI/UX designer, I led the entire app design process, overseeing the conceptualization and user interface design stages, and managed the end-to-end product flow from initial development to UI design. I also created and organized all the design assets for handover to developers, developed  User Personas  based on User Research  and  Data Analysis  and optimized  wireframes   User Journeys   and   mockups  for a range of devices and interfaces. My aim was to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for both travelers and money exchange shops, leveraging ultra-high frequency trading infrastructure to achieve this goal.
